Square Enix looking to make Aya their next Tifa

Based on recent reveals from Square-Enix, it looks like they're trying ramp up the sex appeal of 3rd Birthday's Hotty Heroine Aya Brea. In past games Aya had sported heavy police-wear, but in this latest sequel Aya has been shown in everything from FF13's Lighting's outfit and as well as this seductive "office suit." The Parasite Eve franchise is continuing to change in areas from gameplay to now a variety of costumes (which are are looking pretty sweet!).

The game previously had gameplay mechanics which can only be described as "Final Fantasy meets Resident Evil." Now, in attempts to conform to the ever expanding shooter market, 3rd Birthday is going to employee more of a 3rd person shooter mechanic. This change in combat should make for a better experience overall considering how archaic the previous P.E. battle systems are by today's standards.

Overall fans have many reason to be excited for this upcoming PSP title. And if Tifa Lockhart doesn't watch herself Aya Brea might just pass her up as the hottest chick in gaming (Although Tifa probably has a strangle hold on the amount of fan fic =D).

3rd Birthday hits shelves in Japan December 22nd and later next year in North America. Until then, here are some tantalizing pieces of advertising to hold you over!
